Small businesses are assholes
"Excellent condition" An absolute joke, these small business love over charging and lying

I was skeptical when I saw this labeled as "excellent" as didn't truly expect that but I definitely didn't expect this horrible condition it came it.

The lable is scratched and marred to oblivion, barely legible, the entire plastic cartridge looks like someone spent an afternoon rubbing 12 grit sandpaper all over it. All the contacts are FILTHY! Seriously for $200 which is already pushing it, is just disgusting predatory behavior. This is why I'm skeptical with small business in general. I will not be doing business with y'all ever again. Honestly I should have just spent $500 for a sealed copy on eBay, now I know not to trust used anything these days.

We're very sorry the customer has had this problem. We have attempted to resolve this with them but have run into several issues. This review was left after we had already assisted the customer with a delayed package, and the damage was never mentioned at any point in that exchange.

We reached out to provide assistance, but the images the customer provided of the image were far beyond what could have passed our testing, condition sorting, and shipping processes and appeared to be either a different unit or severely damaged in transit (though from what we could see in UPS's delivery photo the packaging appeared to look fine). When we asked for more information the customer provided inconsistent answers and could not provide images of the packaging.
