Authenticity, Photos & Condition
Are your games authentic?
Yes. All games we sell are 100% authentic. We do not sell reproductions, bootlegs, or counterfeit games.
Are the product photos of the actual item I will receive?
Most standard product listings use representative stock photos. The item you receive will match the selected condition grade, such as Good or Excellent.
If you want to see photos of the exact item before purchasing, shop the CaveGamers Vault. Vault listings feature actual photos of the specific item and are typically one-of-a-kind collectibles.
What do your condition ratings mean?
Excellent: Light to moderate cosmetic wear, such as surface scratches or small scuffs, but nothing major. These items have high overall visual quality and are professionally cleaned, thoroughly tested, and guaranteed to work.
Good: More noticeable cosmetic wear, such as scratches, fading, discoloration, sticker residue, scuffs, or other signs of regular use, but still fully tested, cleaned, functional, and guaranteed to work.

Do games come with cases, manuals, or inserts?
Games include only what is shown in the product photos and listed in the product description. If a case, manual, insert, box, or other extra is included, it will be pictured or clearly noted.
Do you sell reproduction boxes, manuals, labels, or artwork?
No. Unless clearly stated, we do not sell reproduction boxes, manuals, labels, or artwork.
Do your Pokémon games have new batteries?
Yes. We install fresh batteries in all Pokémon Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games before shipping.
Do cartridge games save properly?
Yes. All cartridge games are tested before shipping, including save functionality when applicable.
Do you resurface discs?
Yes. Disc-based games are cleaned and professionally resurfaced when needed to help ensure optimal playability.
Do you clean items before shipping?
Yes. All games, consoles, and accessories are professionally cleaned before shipping. Items may still show cosmetic wear depending on their listed condition grade.
Consoles, Accessories & Compatibility
Are your consoles tested before shipping?
Yes. Every console is thoroughly tested, cleaned, and guaranteed to work before it ships.
Are OEM controllers included with consoles?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, all consoles include at least one original OEM controller.
Do accessories come with the system?
Yes. Systems include all necessary cables and at least one controller unless the product description states otherwise.
Are consoles region-locked?
Some consoles and games may be region-specific. Please review the product description carefully, and contact us before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility.
Will my game work on my console?
Compatibility can vary by console, region, and hardware model. Please check the product description or contact us if you need help confirming compatibility before purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed by 7:00 AM Central Time usually ship the same business day, while orders placed after that typically ship the next business day.

How are games and consoles packaged for shipping?
We carefully package every order to help protect it during transit. Consoles, boxed games, and fragile items are packed with extra protection when needed.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes. When possible, multiple items in the same order are shipped together to reduce packaging and shipping costs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $25 or more ship free via ground/economy service within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions may apply. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping to select countries. Available shipping options and pricing appear at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns, Issues & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the required condition. You can view full return details on our Return Policy page.
What happens if my item does not work?
Every item is tested before shipping, but if something does not work as expected, please contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue.
Do you offer a warranty?
We do not offer a separate warranty. However, defective items are covered by our 90-day return window. Please contact us if your item arrives defective or does not work as expected.
Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery as long as the item meets our return eligibility requirements. Please review our Return Policy for full details.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Because we process orders quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it may need to follow our return process.
