Ordered a DS in good condition and everything was fine with the unit. However, it was extremely dirty didn’t look like it was cleaned at all before shipping. Once I cleaned it up myself it was almost in excellent condition.

Highly recommend going for the excellent condition. I tried a good condition one and i think it got banged around in transport but i just got my excellent condition DS today and im happy to report all my original games work and only 1 thrifted game doesnt work and im not even sure if it worked to begin with bcuz i dont have another DS to test it on. Customer service was so helpful and supportive in the process of exchanging the good condition DS for the excellent condition, Andrew was the customer service rep, or atlest in the emails that was his name. Im so glad i gave them a second chance, i LOVE my DS.
