Customers said this handheld console "works very well" with "pristine screens" and is great for playing games. Most found it "better than expected" and a "greatest investment." However, some noted cosmetic issues like scratches and scuffs that didn't match "excellent" condition listings, and one mentioned "miserable" battery life after a few hours of play.
Ordered Excellent Condition, and I do admit the system is in pretty good condition, all buttons work, screen is perfect, sound is great… but excellent condition is still a little far fetched. The system definitely has some cosmetic flaws. Looks like it’s been dropped or scuffed. The D-Pad has peeling paint that feels rough to the touch, and the battery life is pretty miserable after charging it up and playing a few hours of Pokémon X. Not gonna lie CaveGamers… kinda dissatisfied. I feel as though you guys shoulda posted this as good condition. It was a pretty big price jump between the two. I was hoping for a console that seemed like an adult owned it and took care of it. This console definitely has some wear… It is what it is though. I got a working 3DS!!! Just crazy the price for the quality smh. Definitely recommend others to save some money and buy in good condition!!
We're very sorry the item's condition did not meet your expectations. We will pass this feedback along to our condition sorting team so we can adjust moving forward. The battery issues are definitely concerning. We reached out attempting to provide support but did not receive a response.
Buy it trust me you will not regret it! When I bought mine it was the greatest investment I'd ever make!
Came in great quality works very well
More scratches than i was expecting for “excellent” condition
Better than I expected. The protective film had some lumps and scratches, which gave me a momentary heart attack before I took them off to see pristine screens.
Finally something to keep my mind occupied and speedrun through some old Pokemon games. 10 out of 10 greatly recommend this to my friends!!
