Absolutely gorgeous Bluni!!! 100% new and in box, and seeing him come alive is the biggest bliss. The packaging from CaveGamers team was fantastic. I am so glad that he is at home; he completed my Uni collection of 8 (now we have all Uni models)!! This one will tell some amazing stories. 🥹🥰💙 He is traveling with me right as we are speaking! ✈️ thank you sooo very much CaveGamers team! You guys absolutely rock!!
Shipped quickly, well packaged, and new in box. Exactly as described.
Came perfect in package. Arrived a day later than expected but probably just variance in shipping! Great condition!
I really wanted to love this device as it is the one that I like the most out of the colors for uni. However, I think that the device I got is not working properly. I own two other unis that are older, the battery lasts one week before completely being empty. The one I got from this site, I have to recharge every day and it was a brand new device. I am not over charging it because I only leave it for an hour charging, I am not using any other cable other than the one it came with the device, but the battery is not working good. I am not a costumer that returns things, but maybe I am not going to be using it anymore . Again, this is sad because it is the color that I like the most out of the original shells.
**UPDATE**
They contacted me and exchanged the item for a new one. I have been using it without ptoblems. I was worried that they would not do an exchange, but was able to get the tamagotchi I wanted. This one is working perfectly. I am very happy with the treatment, and how fast they answered. Will keep in mind next time I want another game item!
We're very sorry, this sounds like a factory defect. We can gladly set up a return for a refund or replacement for you as an apology.
