when I receive the item, I opened the box and the box was crushed and had a rip in it. I wanted to save it, but due to the damage it was not worth much anymore. I tried to write this company, but no one ever responded to my message.
So I just opened the box and opened the packs, which was very disappointed to me because I wanted to keep it
