Great Customer Service and Communication

Updated Review:

Customer service is excellent. They reached out and sent me a replacement that was far cleaner and better than the previous one they sent. The shipping to return the previous console was free as well. This one had the correct stylus too and the id on the back the DSi was the original unlike the previous one.

Previous Review:
I bought this DSi for two reasons:
1. Cute charm glitch
2. BW DSi nostalgia

The bad:
- Normally when you close the top of the system it would be in sleep mode until you opened it again, but when the console isn't connected to the charger, it would just shut off completely. When you are used to closing and opening your ds, that can **** you over if you didn't save.

- Hinge that connects the top and bottom wasn't overly loose, but I can still notice it not being normal.

- Sometimes the DSi won't read the game cartridge. I would have to take it out and put it back in a couple of times for the read

- What the heck is up with this off brand stylus?

The good:
- The shell and the screens were in good condition, other than the scratch on top of Zekrom's face.

I'm very sorry the item is not as expected. If the system is powering off in sleep mode sounds like there's definitely an issue with it and we are more than happy to offer an exchange or figure out another solution to help.
