Amazing Customer Service

My son saved up his own money, doing extra chores and yard work to buy a Nintendo DS Lite. We first tried to buy one from an eBay dealer, but had very bad luck with the bidding process. I finally found this site, and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to talk to an employee directly through the online portal. I wanted to make sure the device my son received was in good shape and worked well. The employee I chatted with told me they'd make sure that the folks packaging the order were asked to retest the device before packaging it up. Shipping was pretty quick--just a few days--and my son couldn't be happier with his purchase! The DS Lite is in good shape, with only barely noticeable usual wear and tear on the exterior housing. The screens work well, are bright, and have no yellowing. I highly recommend CaveGamers to anyone on the fence about ordering something from them. Thanks again!
