I was kind of disappointed in the gameboy quality, as it said excellent but it arrived scratched up and the screen was pretty dirty. The gameboy also doesn’t seem to want to charge. (Edit: the charger was shipped broken….)

Gameboy charger arrived broken and I can’t charge my gameboy, the charger just “pops” out. I have to hold it in a certain position to charge it.

Gameboy arrived in a reasonable time frame. A few scratches on the shell which is fine, no damage to the screen. Gameboy turned on and worked. The battery light came on really soon even after fully charging. It also seemed to have a hard time taking charge. Found the battery was swollen up and going bad. I understand I purchased a used product however I would’ve been happy to pay a few extra dollars for one with a fresh battery in it. Having to immediately turn around and sink more money into it just to play it more than 5 minutes was disheartening. Other than that the gameboy does seem to operate as it should, no issues with any buttons or functionality.

Solid find with this business, found them while searching for alternatives to the major resellers. GBA SP came timely, and works great. Ordered the excellent condition, and for a 20+ year console it looks pretty good. Exactly what you need to hop back into handheld gaming. Have been, and will be a continuing customer.

This was part of a 2-item order. My order was shipped and delivered promptly, and the 2 items were packaged together well. The Gameboy was in good condition, with everything working as I had hoped.
I ordered a console that was supposedly in “excellent” condition, i.e., the best possible condition.
When I received it, I realized that it was far from being in that condition: it was completely scratched, dirty, the screen was loose, and the bumpers were completely worn out.
I know that with a relic of this age, you can't expect it to be like new, but at least it should be in decent condition...
What's more, I'm from France, so I had to pay $86 in shipping costs and $38 in customs fees.
