Controller doesn’t feel right, feels more plasticky and hollow than other ps2 controllers I’ve handled. Joystick is not as responsive as I’ve experienced on other renewer controllers, the L2 button requires considerably more force to function than other controllers I’ve handled previously. This is supposedly a factory sealed original controller, so it’s possible functionality degrades sitting in a box for 20 plus years. I’m quite disappointed in the purchase considering the price I paid
Update: I was advised by Cavegamers that the product shipped to me was likely a reproduction, which is unfortunate. I do appreciate their prompt refund and shipment of a complimentary restored PS2 controller that performs well. Would’ve been nice to have a functioning factory sealed controller like I ordered, but at least they took the steps they could to make me as whole as they could.
