Updated Review- Outstanding Customer Support

This review has been updated and revised after communications with customer support. I had ordered 2 figures (approx. $200 value) that were shipped to me with no packaging protection. I left my initial review voicing my frustration. Customer support (Andrew K.) reached out to me via email to listen to my concerns and apologize for the mishap. Communication was swift and easy. I was offered (and accepted) a partial refund on the order as I kept the items. Although I was dissatisfied with the packing, the customer service was absolutely terrific. I would certainly recommend this company as they are attentive to customer concerns/issues.

We're very sorry you've had this experience. We have received very few complaints about our packaging, but it's possible that they were either damaged in transit or they already had some wear. We have reached out for more information and to provide assistance.

Updated review, Amazing figure with great quality and details

I wrote a review on here for a faulty product but then I have since gotten that product refunded and received my new one and there is no problem with my new pyro! It came with no faults and the paint and packaging was immaculate! Very happy to say if I ever see a Hammond figure on this site again I will be buying. Thank you again for all your help!!!

Great figure but one BIG faulty issue

I received this and it came in perfect condition, box wasn’t even bashed but when I pull the raptor out of the box it was missing the base of the tail joint in the tail. I was a little disappointed since I didn’t want to wait another month or two to return and receive another possible faulty one. Great paint though!

t have been a bigger dinosaur what a rip off, live and learn

Was very disappointed in the size of the dinosaur, guess thats why you never put the size in the Description, I would of thought for $80 it would have been a much larger dinosaur, it is the size of a $15 dinosaur what a rip off live and learn

We're very sorry you were disappointed with this item relative to the price. We neglected to include the item size and have updated the listing to make that more clear. While we currently have one of the better available prices on this item we completely understand why you would find the item's small size frustrating at that price point.
